The content of what I posted to you, in Pilipino, was nowhere near disrespectful.
However, the MANNER in which I posted it (in Pilipino, on an English-oriented
forum) was a problem. Think about that, and draw a parallel with the reactions
to your posts on this thread.
As for Frank... I don't care if that fucker gags on his next meal of dick.
My point is that you threw a comment at him that became a problem.
You could have thrown it at ANYONE, and you can do far better; not for
Frank's sake (lol), but for the forum's.
For those wondering what I said to Chubby in Pilipino:
1. I was as happy and proud as anyone when Arnel was chosen by Journey,
and if somehow I wasn't already a longtime Journey fan, I'd be wanting to
learn more about the band, and to listen to their past work. For you to close your
mind to their past albums is totally against what Arnel is doing, which is to
work hard at honoring the legacy left by Perry, Augeri and others, onstage and
on disc.
2. You ain't looking too pretty with your recent posts.
If your comments regardng Augeri, and later Frank, were without malice, the
impression nevertheless made was that malice was there. You ought to look
over your posts and find out why people thought that way.
3. Augeri's took on a task that Arnel couldn't possibly deliver on.
Perry'd just left, and ANY replacement would've been a magnet for criticism,
let alone a foreigner with only a passable grasp of English. Let's be honest:
Arnel's conversational English needs work.
4. Arnel was chosen precisely because he can sound like Perry.
The voice ain't exactly like Perry, but it's a lie to imagine that there was some
other reason why Arnel got noticed by neal on YouTube. Beautiful voice, and a
Perry-esque sound... that's why they picked 'Nel.

PS: If Hugo really had no and in that poster design, he should have still done
something about it once he found out. Neal had every reason to lose his cool...
