Educated people swear. Many uneducated people do not. Education is not the sole reason. You can be a completely unethical, moraless, felonious detriment to society without swearing.

How often do I?

I can, because I have taught them values. I have taught them how to avoid using those words. And they understand that others do use them. I have even taught them why others use them. There are several reasons. Limited education is one...

JourneyTroll wrote:No wonder they have so many problems since their daddy kisses them with the same mouth that swears all the time.

You know nothing about my children. Do not pretend that you do. And you are writing complete fiction and falsehoods in your posts by saying things like I swear "all the time". How many times have I sworn on this board? Tell me! I can guarentee that you can count the number of times on ONE hand.

Don't you just love this P.F.?

http://www.showtimetickets.com/concerts ... op/journey.

That's one of my favorite shots of Perry. I'll bet it helps sell a lot of tickets.

Journey may be the 29th best-selling music group of all time (according to its Web site), but I declare it a sin against nature to call it Journey without Steve Perry. .

I stopped believin’, along with Steve, many years ago.

Critics have always been carping on Journey (this is no big suprise).

The whole "without Perry" thing just adds more ammunition to would-be detractors collective anti-Journey arsenal.
Let 'em talk....
Like Perryheads, sure, they may raise alot of noise, but ultimately are insignificant in the overall scheme of things.

Yes, but YOU are the one posting it and YOU are the one actively seeking it out to post on here.
Why is it all the reviews you post are pejorative and in line with your own persistently negative opinion?
A mere coincidence, (as you'd have us all believe) ? Not hardly.
Do you truly expect everyone to blindly believe there is no agenda at work here and that these terrible reviews just miraculously keep falling in your lap?
Get real.

You are going through the trouble of 1) finding these reviews and 2) posting them.
This reveals someone who gets their jollies by conciously trying to damper the spirits of others.
Pretty deranged, if u ask me.

The argument goes something like this:

"Perry is a saint and Journey is nothing without Perry. "

"That's irrelevant to my original point and besides, you're wrong."

"No, you're wrong."

"No, you're more wrong and an ass."

"No, you're even more wrong and a bigger ass."

"No, you're totally absolutely wrong, an ass and so is yo mamma."

"No, you're totally absolutely wrong, an ass and yo mamma and daddy are big asses."

"Well, #$%# you!"

"No, #%$% you more!"

You got that right, Barb.

I fail to see why my posting, that Perry's picture is being used to sell this years Journey concert tickets, should jock Deano all out of shape. I don't drool over his picture and I'm not overweight.

You'll notice that the foul language is not being used by the Perry/Journey fans and the fact that the others have to resort to it must tell you something.

First, the direct link did not work for me.

That picture accompanies an ad for the website itself...and it states that the company has been around since 1983, about the same time frame as that picture. That could be the reason for using it.

But, in case it is not, I will send the link to Journey management to see if they can get it changed.

Loggins. Then Perry.

LOL!! TOO funny

Ditto about the  GREAT  Kenny Loggins. That quote could very well have been made WAAAAY back in the day, i.e. the OLD days, where the Perry Mentality chooses to "live." If it was made then, it was reflective of the way Perry USED to sing, and has no significance to present day. Especially since NO ONE has heard the old boy sing in years. Doing back up (something you'd think is beneath Perry, unless he has a reason) doesn't count.

As for the "bad" reviews, critics have ALWAYS disliked Journey, especially when Perry fronted the band. Didn't you know that? Or did you conveniently forget that tidbit?

Say, perryfaithful, should I also assume you are talking about me as ALSO being Rock'N Deano, since you have in the past accused me of being Tornado on this board? Do you like conspiracy theories, or what?
