Thanks. It is not at all uncommon for Jeff to be online. He used to post on the other site quite a bit back when Soul Sirkus was together. Once again, total class act. If we could start a post and ask him adult, responsible questions perhaps he may answer a few? Would be worth a shot I think. They have the night off, so he may be on sometime today.

No, not really. I just have no reason to doubt it. He has pm'd me in the past, he is online quite a bit, and he always signs and logs in as JSS as far as I know, from everything I have seen. Even when he would post on the Soul Sirkus and Journey website that was his username.

No problem. If you ever go to the other site, back during 2004-2005 he has several archived posts there, and all were under the username JSS. Anyway, it's not unusual for him to answer. He is a very nice personable fellow.

I think its probably safe to assume it was Jeff. I've been in touch with him a couple of times since he joined up with Journey and I know he does peruse these forums, and certainly reads the reviews of the shows. He was a regular poster on BT in 2004/5 during the Soul SirkUS days, and he still sometimes posts on the MR Noticeboard - usually correcting somebody's factual errors, as Jeff has a very detailed knowledge of rock history and personnel.

However, given the often inflammatory nature of this forum and the evident bickering of the past few weeks, I think it's unlikely he'd want to add fuel to the flames by posting anything here just yet. His only repeatable comment to me was that he's been disappointed with the crap that Steve has had to put up with on these forums (I mean all of them not just this one) and also the backlash he himself has been getting from some factions.

If and when things settle down, it wouldn't surprise me to see the odd post from him. He is a very approachable and fan friendly guy.
