well, looking at that thread, certainly made me sick to my stomach. I haven't lurked there for months and am sorry I did today. I don't think I've seen so much BS jr. high type of talk about guys since I was, well, in Jr. High.

Simply the most nauseating thing I've experienced in a long time. I thought the trash dumpsters outside my local Shaw's Supermarket were bad but this takes the cake. Witness this:

Yeah...I was hoping that ridiculous thread was a joke, and then all the yahoos jumped on to talk about Jeff. Can "Jeffy Awesome" posts be far behind? God, help me! Jeff is a cool guy and I'm sure he digs the chicks "fawning" over him. That said, I can only hope that he finds these idiotic postings as nauseating as most of us do!!!!!

I will never forget when there were only about two or three of us left on the VH-1 boards and JT couldn't stand it any longer...he just had to tell SOMEONE how he was able to post on the board from a number of different computers, as numerous individuals, etc. and never get snagged. At that time, JT was impersonating a number of people and admitted it in his "epilogue."

Since he was/is a writer for a newspaper in Boston, he routinely wound up at different locations (universities, etc.) and would use a variety of computers to log on either as JT or as someone else and throw "shit" at the fan over on VH-1 just for kicks.

We all knew that it was something like that, but reading it from his "keyboard" to our monitors was simply confirmation.

Even then though, JT was always fond of saying things like "I am not (that person). I am only Journeytroll. I only post as Journeytroll. Thank you" etc., etc., etc., blah, blah, blah, he would save his venom for all of his alter-egos and spew out on everyone.

I even had a PM from JT once apologizing for treating me the way he did on the VH-1 boards (Journey and Perry boards), but that it was all fun and games and he hoped I wasn't holding a gruge.

I'd like to thank JT for being one of the individuals who helped my skin grow nice and thick. After being bombarded with every "fag" reference that one can think of, it's amazing how after only a short time, it just starts bouncing off you.

I'd like to say "welcome back, JT," but personally I don't care if you're here or not because in general, you have nothing to offer that moves the conversation forward.

That's incorrect, unless of course you were lying with your "confession."

But, let's look at your comment above, shall we? Okay, here we go...

You consistently state that you ONLY post as Journeytroll, yet even above you say that you "once or twice" CLAIMED (lied) to be "you know who." Why? Because - as you state - you wanted people to believe that you were that person. However, now (and then) you want everyone to believe that you were always only Journeytroll, or some derivative of that.

And in your original "confession" on VH-1, you essentially stated that you posted from MORE than just Northeastern University. In fact, if I remember correctly, you bragged about posting from a NUMBER of colleges throughout Boston.

In essence, you've lied in the past and you've attempted to dupe people into believing what you wanted to hand them. Then, when only a few people were left (at VH-1), you confessed. Now, you're trying to backpedal and cover your mistakes to gain respectability. The truth of the matter is really simple - you're a liar from the start and you're continuing in that path, yet you want people to be stupid enough to believe that the lie you are now telling is the truth.
