It's not a grudge for me Rick, I have just made a choice to not spend
anymore cash on them is all.
There are so many musicians that I don't even have one cd from that I love.
So when I do go out music shopping it will be those that I expand my collection with.
You've not seen me take the low road in any of this and it kinda bugs me that just because
some aren't ars kissing this new line up it's seen as holding a grudge.
Just my two coppers is all Sir.

I understand Moonie. It's just that Journey fans have to be the strongest willed people there are. We've been through so many disappointments over the years, but for one reason or another, we've stuck with them. It's the music that I enjoy. The guys that make it are secondary. I know I shouldn't expect everyone to stay on the train, but I sure wish they would.

Give me a break. No one here is ass kissing Journey. People here are NOT holding grudges still, saying Arnel can't deliver, making fun of diction which won't be a problem, and continuing with the stupid dog eating jokes. If that isn't a fucking grudge, please tell me what the Hell is. It's fucking tiresome, and frankly a real non- affective way to pass judgment. Keep that bullshit off this site.

Look here Dean don't you dare put me in place where I have not been.
I have never put down Mr Pineda and I don't plan on starting.
This isn't about the band I once loved, Frontiers, Hugo or any other Journey related mention.
This is about what choice I make in the music I buy.

You have your say and I can have mine right?

What ever happened to that phony Irish accent by the way, Moonbeam? I remember a time where your posts were pretty unintelligible.

Hey guys! Lighten up on G..I have never seen her say anything against Jeremey or AP and make fun of them or go with the stupid dog eating jokes ever on this board..none of that came from G ...and she has just as much right as anyone to state her opinion of how she feels about Journey ...thats her choice to make...you can disagree with her but don't throw stuff at her that she is not guilty of doing.

This was a nice thread until NIG and Moonbeam came in and derailed it. She pretty clearly said that those who support this new lineup are kissing "arse" and to me this is not a figure of speech.

However, I am not going to tangle with you TVL tonight because I'm tired and you are loony (not as in "Perryloon" either).

She's definitely a good person. My post about grudges wasn't directed at her, as I didn't know what her stance on Journey was. But there are quite a few others that it was definitely directed at. I'm pretty surprised that at this late date, at some folks that used to be huge Journey fans who are not any longer. I was pissed at them too for a while, saying I was done and such, but I get over stuff a little quicker I guess. We had a pretty awesome group of people on here that were a lot of fun. Now the group is just so fragmented. I'm one of those people that likes to keep great things the way they are. But times change.

Bullshit. Moonbeam expressed why she wasn't supporting the band rather logically. NIG, on the other hand, threw the "crap" and "real band" comments in there, but they weren't that big of a deal. Especially not enough to warrant your "derailed" comment. The back and forth banter was pretty tame and civil and that is all that is asked. I see no problems with this thread and while I can't speak for Andrew, I doubt he does either. Let it go.

... and by the way how's your best friend? You know the unmentionable one? Or do you reside within her??....and you call me crazy?

This isn't bullshit. When I read her comment, I felt offended. You are not going to minimize my feelings because you feel differently. I would not call what went on in that back and forth as "banter." Don't tell me what to do by the way.

According to this 2nd life thing, you CAN get cyber drunk, can't you? Among other things, it looks like :) . Looks like real money changes hands there somehow, too, for some reason which I can't remember right now. I'm going to have to get my son to show me what to do or how to get started in there. I still have no freakin' clue what it means, LOL.
