I think Dokken is getting more publicity on this board than they have had since the 80s!

Haha you really should get one man! If it wasn't for you, the band would be at least $13.99 poorer. :D

Dokken never really registered on my musical radar until the MR hype spread and I decided to take a dive and try a disc. Good call!

Actually yeah. And between a couple samples of the new CD and that video you showed me of Reb with the band, I'm hankering for more. Haha.

Seriously, I think Rip is spreading the "Dokken" virus. I don't think 4 fucking people knew who that dude or group was until he showed up on this board. Like it or not, EVERYONE knows who they are now. Now he's got me listening to them on youtube. HELP!!!!!

I had no clue who Dokken was...now? Well now I see Rip's avatars in my dreams! Somebody help me! :P :P :P

Didn't Richie Sambora wear a hat like that? Just found out my best friend from Jr. High (we met 36 years ago) was heavily into Dokken in the '80s She happened to be at the Journey/DL concert when Jeff was fronting and we both went nuts. So now she'll tell me anything I want to know about Dokken! :D :D :D

Kim, I positively LOVE Richie Sambora! :D I had a hat like that (in a smaller, more femine version) in my much more rockin' Rocker Chic days. Really helped me still look rocked out on those bad hair (i.e., bad weather) days. Sadly, I think it is no more. I haven't seen it in years. :(

Damn, I want another one now...

Richie freakin' rocks! I remember running to the room to hear who this fantastic singer was and it was Richie doing Ballad of Youth on MTV! Bought it immediately - one of the best solo CDs I've ever heard. And he's single!!!!!

Unfortunately, I am not! :P

Are you serious?!? :P !!! Wow, I've sung that song more times than I can remember. A friend of mine describes "Alone Again" thus -- "Man, if a guy can't get laid singing that song, then it's just not possible!" Haha....

You really cover that song and didn't know who sang it? JANK!!! :P Hey, post a video of TRAG doing it!
