probably means he turned it down because the band was going to expect
too much from him right from the get-go and Jeremy felt his family
was too important. Who knows... Only Jeremy and the band.

Didn't his wife have some complications during the pregnancy?
Maybe that had a lot to do with it.
Maybe he got some bad vibes from the band; realized it may not
be worth it to go into business with them.
