That's what I get for skimming too fast. and my first silly reply looked insensitive against the rest of your post. Certainly hope all goes well. Yes, the cause is special to me, too, as I've lost some friends even recently to cancer, and I know it is to some of our other MR peeps as well.

By the way, I bought two acoustic guitars the other day, and spent HOURS in Guitar Center over a few days pouring over several that I liked until I found two I wanted. And I played Alone Again more than once -- almost every time, a few heads turned my way out of curiosity or silent appreciation... LOL!

continues to record, has a cover band or 2 or 3, have a video production company and plays bass in the Jeff Scott Soto Band now.
