I can't remember them "ousting" anyone. They waited for Perry for 12 years to tour. He made the decision to effectively fire himself when he wouldn't give them a date for his surgery. Soto's tenure was annulled. The guy never recorded one song so I can't see how firing him could be a "problem." How can anyone miss a guy that had a grand total of zero recorded songs? Augeri was asked 3 times to re-join after Soto was relieved and he respectfully said no. Fleischman is really the only one that got "ousted!!!" :lol:

How about this. Over the past 11 years, the band has hired 3 singers to replace a lost singer. With Lost being defined as fired, ousted, resigned, whatever.... :roll:

call it what you want. They hire a singer, announce the singer, bad shit ensues...and the singer is no longer the singer.

Go ahead. Believe what you want. I still maintain shit's broken in that band...and shit was never fixed. While this story clearly has BS written all over it. I still maintain that something will go south with Arnel and Journey....because that's what happens with singers and Journey. I've got history on my side....trust me. it's going to happen.

3 singers in 11 years in skewed. They had one for 8+ years and have one that just started. Fast forward 5 years when Arnel is still the singer, then it will be 2 singers in 15+ years. 8 years is a typical run for any band, Journey included '78-'86 (which carried into early '87 for technical purposes). Of course, it will end someday. All bands do as does life. This will end someday, but it could years away still.

It is not skewed. 3 singers in 11 years isn't a good track record for any band. Sorry. As for it happening, I didn't say 'eventually'...lending to the idea that it's a far off event. far from it.
