Absolutely I think they are. In fact I think Perry is making tons and tons more than all combined, from every part. CD's DVD's and Tours.

Sony STILL loves Perry. It's in his best interest to make them money, as much as himself.

you just have to know what Herbie has said in any interview that Cain's name was brought up. It's been known since he joined the band that he "forced" Herbie to sign and get his wife at the time a record contract. That takes some balls, not to mention a huge ego. She couldn't even sing. She probably made more money from alimony for JC and doing all those horrible skinemax movies, than selling records. Her acting wasn't so good either. Then again her father starred on a TV show about a girl robot, in the 80's. (Doug McClure)

nolippin, I think Perry was a stockholder in "the band" as Herbie put it. He had a very vested interest.
