Augeri should shed his curls. A bit outdated. Maybe he will have changed his image when returns. Perry had lots of different styles and so has JSS.

Rumor is, he did shed his curls & got a much shorter haircut.

I prefer Perry on all the old stuff. If they put out new stuff with JSS though, I'm sure I would like it because I really like his voice. I just have a hangup listening to someone cover a classic because of the inevitable comparisons.

Ha ha, I don't vote, it'd be like George W. Bush voting for himself (hmmmm....???), but honestly, Perry to me is the Journey I grew up with & love so yea, he gets me vote....& believe me, if he ever it ever came to fruition (which trust me folks, it never will....trust me!), I would gladly hand him the mic & keep walking....then again, not without asking if I could at least duet on ONE tune! Question then would be who would get the high notes?

Interesting numbers tho. While it's clear the members of this board prefer Perry, almost 1/4 of people prefer Jeff over Perry. Only 1/10 prefer Augeri.

I think it would be interesting to see a different poll where Perry was not an option, because let's face it, he's not.
How many of the people who voted for Perry would vote for Jeff? How many would want someone else entirely?

This is a perfectly fine poll. It gives you an option to "bring on the new guy"
To answer your question about how many would vote for JSS who have already voted for Perry, I can tell you that I would of and will vote to bring Steve Perry back or bring on the next guy! But that's just moi

Since last night Perry has gone up (7) points, JSS (2) points and Agueri (1).

IF Steve Perry were not an option, I would have to give my vote to JSS. Although I wish him no harm, I believe the whole tapegate thing has damaged Augeri's reputation too much to back him. However...I do not blame him alone for any of it. Sorry guys, Neal & the boys had to be in on it too...
