Some tentative scheduling:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thursday Party my house 8pm till ????????
$15 per person = all food & drink covered.
Drinks:
Keg of Domestic Beer
Various imported bottles & cans
Soda/Juice/Bottled Water
Food:
Mini Maryland crab cakes (crab meat, breading and spice)
Meat balls in mushroom and onion gravy
Maryland crab soup (vegatable/tomato broth soup with crab meat) 7 layer Mexican dip
Brucshetta and bread slices
+ Whatever else we may think of between now & then
We are expecting at least 40 people, perhaps more. Price was geared towards breaking even. We are outlaying a couple hundred bucks on this so I hope you all undertand why we are asking for for a donation/cover charge. I tried to come up with different prices for those who don't want to drink/only want to eat - but it was just getting too confusing.
More specific details will be in the packet I will be sending to everyone sometime this weekend through PM.

Friday Party: 2pm till Whenever you are comfortable departing for the show
Party will be held here:

Check out the happy hour prices and reasonable menu. Food is excellent! This place is large, and brand new. It is approximately 3 miles from 1st Mariner Arena. It sits on the the #10 bus line running straight downtown and also numerous cabs run down Eastern Ave at all times (about a $6 cab ride to the area of the arena)
Plenty of free parking near the restaurant in the surrounding neighborhoods 2 blocks off of Eastern Ave (which has metered parking) I will be sending maps of suggested areas to park.
You will save on drinks and food here as well instead of over paying at the downtown chain restaurant/tourist traps. as well as having the opportunity to avoid hourly parking rates in downtown Baltimore. Also, those not sharing cabs, or taking the bus, can car pool and save on downtown parking.
I do not recommend parking on the 1st Marinera Arena lot! It is SLOW to empty after a show. ANY of the surrounding lots in hotels and public lots surrounding the Arena are a better option.

More specifics will be sent to those who have RSVP's. Feel free to make any comments in the thread though on what I have posted. It has been a lot of work and still much to do.
