Dude...we get your hatred for the Patriots. We really do! That said, try to be somewhat intelligent about your posts! The Giants can neutralize the Patriots passing game? Really? Based on what? Brady had 356 passing yards, and two of the Patriots receivers had over 100 yards receiving, the last time these two teams met! I'm not sure what you're basing it upon. The best argument I've heard for a Giants victory is how well they've been playing for the past month. While I certainly don't disagree with that, let us not lose sight of the fact that the Patriots
HAVEN'T LOST A SINGLE FUCKING GAME THE ENTIRE SEASON! The Giants are definitely on a roll, but the Patriots are on an 18-0 roll!
As I said, after the first Patriots/Giants game...It was the best football game I watched, the entire season. Here is the bottom line...The Giants played as well (offensively) as they could possibly play, and still lost the game! The Patriots had their absolute WORST defensive performance, the entire season, and still managed to win! Aside from the hatred, across the country, toward the Patriots there is no rational reason to pick the Giants to win this game!
The final point I'll make is that I've heard many people say the Patriots are now the NY Yankees of football! The only problem with that argument is that baseball allows the Yankees to outspend EVERY other team in baseball and buy their way to a championship (even though they haven't won in quite some time). Football doesn't allow that! Every team MUST stick to a salary cap and is playing by the same rules, when it comes to free agency. Hate them if you must, but it's not going to make their accomplishment any less remarkable, if they complete their 19-0 season (which I think they will). As someone who has been watching football FOREVER, I NEVER thought ANY team had ANY shot of being undefeated in this era of football! Also, this just in...Tom Brady is just 30 years old, so I suspect the Patriots have one or two more left in them! Most of us Patriots fans want the fifth one, more than anything! Then we can say that Brady has more titles than ANY QB int he history of the league, and Bellichick will have more titles than ANY coach in the history of the NFL! Time to re-name the Lombardi Trophy
