The #1 and #2 biggest defecit spenders of all time (real AND adjusted dollars) are...Reagan and W. Bush. In fact, in 1983, DEFECIT SPENDING under Reagan accounted for 6% of the economy and 13% of the GDP. We are still paying for that today.

Trickle down economics DOES NOT WORK.

Any other questions?

You just proved what a complete and total economic moron you are.

Deficit spending is NOT Trickledown economics. Trickledown economics is the lowering of the top tax rates to a managable level to spur investment in business and innovation.

If Reagan and the Congress in the 80's hadn't deficit spent this country would have collapsed econmically. When Reagan took office he inheirited an economy with 13% inflation and near 10% unemployment, when he left office unemployment was 5.3% and inflation was at much more managable level.

The 13% inflation was crippling us. Imagine having money in a CD or savings account making 5% interest, at 13% inflation that means you are LOSING 8% of your moneys value.

If you want to debate economics I will crush you like the putrid little bug you are, I wrote a masters thesis on it. I will cite source after source after source that says you are WRONG WRONG WRONG and wrong again.

Lowering taxes boosts government income EVERY TIME, it is the overspending that is beyond belief and one reason I couldn't stand the republican congress after 2000.

Wow. You are the biggest son of a bitch I have ever encountered on any forum, ever. I'll send you my picture so you know exactly what I look like when I get to Vegas, so you can tell me this shit to my face.

I also have an MBA, incidentally. We both tend to cite "studies" or "evidence" that backs up our contentions. I can throw just as much back at you as you can dish out. However, I had thought we had gotten past name-calling. That is not my game.

So...feel free to call me out in Las Vegas. I'll even show up with one hand tied behind my back to give you a sporting chance.

HAHAHA! Dean someone thinks I am a bigger SOB than you!! YAHOO! I have made it to the pinacle of success!

I am trained US Marine buddy boy and probably as easily as big as you are...but I don't pick on the disabled, weren't you just saying how many health issues you have? Wouldn't be to cool to take you on in your diminished condition! I will tell you whatever I like to your face and you will sit there and do nothing, unless you are terminally stupid or have something to say to my face which I will probably laugh because words are just that, words. You should learn that fact.

Beyond that I only will fight if you decide to press the issue, and then I will defend myself...and then I will have you thrown in jail. Comprende? And you will STILL be an economic moron, even worse because you will need to get bail together.

You keep opening your mouth and stupid shit comes out, you should stop now and think things through before it gets you in trouble.

Oh feel free to send me any pictures you like, please, stuart@steelcity.net is my email. It should be amusing!

Right, you're the even-keeled one who has his shit together, and I'm the one who is out of line. Nice. Hypocrite.

You called ME out, dude. You were the one who recommended I not come to Vegas - before I even knew who you were or had done anything other than criticize the Bush Administration (with anger, I will admit). YOU are the one who hands out the put-downs and the not-too-subtle threats.

I'm just responding like an asshole to an asshole. But you showed your colors first. YOU made the threats, not me. It's all there for everyone to see, in plain view. I'll see you in Vegas.

Yeah, the one in the Clinton Library thread.

The only thing he was "correct" about was that it didn't win a Pulitzer.

The facts contained therein are indisputable, in my opinion. But pc and FF have proven me wrong in the past, and I'm open to a debate.

How about this: go back to that article, and disprove each major theorem, citing sources. The writer of that article did.

I never made a threat, if I did you would not have to wonder about it. I never called you out, I called you an economic moron, and I am right. I just don't want you in Vegas because I want to have a good time and not have to worry about some asswipe bothering me.

....and the answer to this problem according to George W. Bush is to cut more taxes.

What a fucking moron!

We need to get the hell out of Iraq. With the trillions of dollars we are spending over there we could have converted every automobile in the USA over to clean-burning renewable hydrogen fuel, had a hydrogen production facility in all 50 states, and converted every service station in the country over to hydrogen. Instead we are sending all of our money, our kid's money, and our grandkid's money over to the Middle East.

How fucking stupid! Obama is going to have one hell of a mess to clean up after this dickhead. Let's just hope it's not too late.

The only Ross we need in the fray is Ross Perot. He would put an end to this deficit spending.

Sorry, that chart is bogus, to a degree. First off, that chart shows the change in the national debt, not the national debt in total. Just a surface glance at it reveals how biased it is just based on how it's attempting, and a poor attempt at that, to make fun of Republican presidents. Also note that during the 80s, there was a heavily Democratic Congress. During much of the 90s, the Congress leaned Republican. The Congress probably has more sway over spending than does the President, so put that in your pipe and smoke it.

The following chart demonstrates how the debt has increased EVERY YEAR SINCE THE 60s and, yes, it has had a major increase under Bush's watch, something that few Republicans will support Bush on.

Yeah, Congress does control the purse strings in Washington. I learned that in the 5th grade. Thanks for teaching everyone else Dave. :D
I don't think anyone disputes gov't out of control spending anyway. Both parties! At least Republicans tend to use it building up and keeping a strong military, instead of trying to be everyones nanny and force gov't programs on them.

How am I susposed to trust any statement without facts? I should just take your opinions as fact? At least with Tapegate you had facts and proof to back up your claims. This time you are running on misinformation and hyperbole.

Boy look who is talking...better look in the mirror...that is pot calling the kettle black if I ever heard on.

Video can be edited for content...a 5 min YouTube is nothing.

The 935 lies is a huge distortion of the facts starting with the use of the word lies.

Remember your Goddes, Hillary was spouting the same things until it became a political liabilty to do so, then she changed her toon.

And Bush is far from my Hero dickhead. I can stand a ton about him, but I agree with him on national security.

So fuck off...and the first round is STILL on you in Vegas cocksucker.
