LOL! You do need to know these basic terms, yes... it helps to understand what's happening when you find yourself in these circumstances:

INDOKKTRINATION -- the process of becoming a hardcore Dokken fan (there are no casual Dokken fans -- only hardcore ones)

SCHNOKKERED -- knocked silly after listening to a chunk of the Dokken catalog -- the effects are closely akin to drunkenness

INDOKKXICATED -- (see SCHNOKKERED)

INDOKKULATION -- a feeble attempt to resist becoming a Dokken fan, often by cramming one's stereo full of Culture Club CDs, but there are no reported cases of this actually working.

BOOT KNOKKEN -- a mating ritual performed while blasting the Tooth And Nail album at full volume -- sends you "straight to the top!"

Second, I bought a Mitchell acoustic -- not very expensive at all, but very light, beautiful, great action and had a KILLER full sound. Also had a cutaway and electronics for the price. Once I got home, i discovered it had a fret buzz on the low E that we could not get out by twisting the truss rod, so I went back in and started looking at several other guitars, some up to 3 times the price. Every time I came back to the Mitchell, I was just blown away by the sound, even though I loved some of the others I was playing -- Ibanezes, Takamines, Yamahas, Lagunas, and even a few Taylors and Martins.... I just could not beat it for the price, and swapped it out for an identical model. Heck, I'm going to go get it now from the other room -- I needs me a fix!

O boy, this is going to be VERY Interesting!!!!!!

It will be fun (I think...) to meet you all. Although I know Kelly from WAY back.

Anyway, Nick Lynch is very single and very talented and quite cute. I think he goes to Kevin's studio tomorrow night to rehearse. No idea what he is singing but he can do almost anything. He does a niiiiiiice Keith Urban.

Kevin will sing some solo stuff, other stuff and Journey stuff. They will all more than likely collaborate on some stuff together. They are still working that out. It will be an absolute blast and something that will evolve as the night wears on.

Steve will be doing all kinds of GREAT stuff! But that is all I can divulge :^)
