Randy Jackson Weighs in on Arnel

Voted Worlds #1 Most Loonatic Fanbase

This whole thing is funny. :D Randy Jackson comments on Arnel and here we go again with calling each other all manner of names.

I would like to propose a name calling contest here. I will start and then you can reply to me, though I won't reply to keep it going. Everyone else can reply on my behalf.

Everyone on this board (except for me) are collectively the world's largest losers (sorry, that's the best I can do when I am supposed to be working).

Take that!

I've been there. When I had to leave college to take care of my Mom after a car wreck and was working at my Aunt's carwash for a scrappy $200/week I would get pissed to think that all of my friends were at school, traveling abroad, writing theses, and there I was in Po-Dunk scrubbing cow shit off a tire. I had to grow up fast, I moved out for the first time at 16 when I graduated high school. Long story short... it gets better. I kept chasing what everyone called "pipe dreams" and failed a LOT. But a few years later, here I am with exactly what I want and I wouldn't change a thing.

Advice: go after everything you want with everything you have. And every time you hit rock bottom (which you will), just keep going. Like I said, you have plenty of time... and fortunately that means plenty of time to fail while you get it right. You're still figuring it out... trust me, you're better off than your peers. That path can lead to a jaded cookie-cutter existence. You'll see it. Chin up, grasshopper.

Let's hope so, man.

And let's hope my dry spell will end somewhere along the way as well.

China and India are doing fine and kicking our ass. They don't waste time on stuff like this. I agree the research probably saids they're better students. But, that's because they are BAND GEEKS! Nerds, dorks, etc. that's why they are better all around students.

Tito, seriously. Be square with me here.

Are you serious? Seriously? For serial?

Because, dude... no human being with any intelligence or tact, makes ridiculous comments like those.

I know there's a smart guy (possibly wearing a double-popped pink polo) fapping away on his keyboard smirking at me behind that screen... prove me right sometime, mmmmkay?

Open up, bro.

I'm quite underemployed and smile like a goof playing guitar all the time. To be quite honest, as much as I hate my current situation I'd rather have it, than live a stale and tiring day-to-day grind with little room for individual growth and happiness.

I don't wear pink. But, I seriously think the whole "we need arts and music" in the schools is a crock. Waste of taxpayers money and valuable class time. I have no problem if the parents want to enroll (and pay) for an afterschool music lesson or art class. But, the reason most of those kids are smart or well rounded is not because of music.

What would you rather have children learn?

There's only so much readin, 'ritin', and 'rithmetic one person can handle in a school day. Kids have short attention spans and school is tedial enough as it is, artistically charged classes not only add variety but have lots of world value too.

If you're so against arts what the hell are you doing in a MUSIC forum?!

Message to Randy Jackson... I like you but... dude, not cool. We almost had peace in the valley for 5 seconds here and you go saying a thing like that, and now the "can he? can't he? will he? won't he? argument is back. (wow we almost went a whole day without it!)

You know what, they're gonna find Jimmy Hoffa and the grassy knoll gunman before this is ever settled.

You're on my list, Jackson.
And so are you, Perry... if it weren't for your complete aweseomeness to begin with, I would have to read this shit.

Fuck world value. What kind of left wing shit is that. More science, computers, math, and foreign languages. More business oriented. No rock star and probably artist ever made it big because of a school class. Most can't even read music. A lot have even quit school.

This argument is making me laugh for entertainment purposes. It is an argument.. to just argue. So I'm chiming in.

Art and Music class. Ask the kid sitting next to you holding the trombone why he took that class.

You: Hey dude, what brought you to this neck of the woods? To make life sunshine and rainbows?
Kid: Same reason why you are in here...to get the easy A!

FACT!
