So if a musician is above average, then they should be protected from any complaints when they do perform below average?
No one is doubting his ability to sing and no is saying he isnt a great singer. Its just very normal that people discuss it here if Arnel (or any member of the band) performs poorly, specially at a huge even as SB.

Amo band lipped their performance. Only Regine and Arnel's voice are 100% live

If Journey ever played the SuperBowl halftime show, it would be the same way. Arnel would be the only one live. Journey got busted already for tapes. I think they would want to stay away from the halftime show as it would bring back a topic concerning a past performance that was not a shining moment for them.
