Hey Rick.....please let us know if there is an online site set up where we can make donations.

I read a post on Facebook today that said this:Jeff Warner wrote:Update on Jerry: Moved fingers and toes.. Smiled.. Sister asked if he smiled and to squeeze her hand if he did.. He squeezed her hand hard and smiled .. Things are looking good..Still a long road, keep up the Prayers...
I also read that his body temperature was slightly elevated. The doctors said it wasn't a fever, but are watching him closely for any signs of infection.
These doctors at Parkland hospital in Dallas are amazing. That hospital has been around since the late 1800's.

I heard that Jerry was to be released from the hospital today. That would have made his stay there 18 days. That's an amazing thing considering the condition he was in when he was admitted. As was posted on the blog, he sustained several injuries in the accident that each on their own could have been fatal.
Jerry lives in Iowa and commutes to work at DFW, so he will be staying with a friend in this area so he can attend rehabilitation sessions.
It's uncertain whether he will ever return to work, but if his progress to this point is any indicator, and he has the desire to, I'm sure he will, and I look forward to that day.
Thanks again for all of the prayers and well wishes.
