Big difference....Neal wasn't ribbing my wife about her accent. He was prodding his girlfriend and mocking her under his breath to his girlfriend....They were both sitting beside of me, and my wife was across the table from me. It was pretty goddamn uncomfortable. But Neal was drinking at the time also, so maybe that had something to do with it.

Oh, dear. Drinking too much can make someone do some dumb things, I suppose. If someone had attacked your wife here I think Andrew would have deleted the thread because I don't remember that at all either. Maybe that too was on another forum.

This obviously happened before Arnel came onboard and subsequently made Neal and Jon better people just from making his acquaintance.

I'm really beginning to think that Neal is not a good person at all. You can take the bottle away from the guy but can you really take guy away from the bottle? :(

Oh, you two believe it. I don't believe it. Sounds like sour grapes. I don't believe Neal Schon was mocking his wife, insulting her. Whatever . . . . . . . ..

Hey....Regardless of what happened at the time, my feelings and sentiment towards Neal and Journey are still positive. Hopefully the full quote that I posted here in response to the reporter's questions illustrates my feelings about the whole situation, and I don't think it reflects any "sour grapes."

I think the point of this thread was just to stir some mud, so I'm not sure what may be served by any further conjecture.

I think, Neal is a great artist but I wouldn't go so far as to say that I don't believe that he could be an a-hole toward some people at times... The drink has been known to cause more than a few people to behave in a not so positive manner. :o

Fuck...just stop already. This theme has been played a million times around here. It seems we keep spinning around the same axle, day after day, expecting a different outcome to these conversations. It doesn't fucking change. We're all turning into nut-jobs.

I'm getting off and I'm putting in my AC/DC Back in Black album. Fuck this shit! I'm gonna keep playing that album, but I will put it on shuffle, until Steve Perry releases his new one, or Journey releases theirs. I'm not dissing you guys, as you are my dream team.
