Your most Prized Journey Possession

I am sure most of us have some memento of seeing or meeting Journey, and I would love to know what some of those things are. For me, I saw Bad English in a club back in the late 80's, and stood in the front row. During the solo to "Forget Me Not", Neal made eye contact with me and threw me his pick. It hit me and landed on the nasty, dirty floor, but I fought off a 300 lb. guy to snag it! After the show the band was in the back signing autographs, and I had Neal sign an index card (all that I had available). That card and that pick are in a frame, along with a copy of the Frontiers album, which was signed by the entire band (got that off Ebay, another prized possession!).

Meeting Joe Reardon in August 2002 at the Gilford, NH show is easily my most prized Journey moment. Sadly, he has no idea who I am. I guess I didn't leave a lasting impression on him.

Probably that Gold-plated Infinity CD.

I gotta say though, those white Arrival caps were pretty damn sharp, and mine is worn out...wish I had more...

I have never been an autograph hound, nor one to spend my money on collectibles.

Mine would be the Escape DVD I bought at WalMart.

Mine's actually very simple..it's a black guitar pick from the Red 13 tour. I don't think I'll ever part with it....unless the price is right.

My autographed copy of Raised on Radio. I took care of someone connected with Nightmare back in the day and later in the week, they brought me the album! Steve, Jon and Neal wrote a few sentences each and then signed the inside liner. All over it are the words "Studio copy, remove and die!" LOL!

Then I have all my memories of the Puerto Rico SPIN trip and a photo of Steve looking at me at the meet and greet - although my roommate swears he's looking at her. Vanessa, if you are reading this, I still say it was me! :D

Laura, I checked out your Lulu.com storefront and you are gorgeous!!! Is your short story collection available in English? I've got to get your Perry book - I've ordered books from Lulu.com before - very nicely done!

It's either my trashed covered Generations CD that I pulled out of the city dump,or my autographed Escape 8 Track that is signed by all the band members including Deano.

My most prized Journey possession has to be " Under The Radar Tour 2002" initerary Diary which I bought off E-bay Uk for £20. It shows what flights the band took to different states, hotel details, aftershow details, venue details. It also has some notes written in it by whoever owned it

Dude, that is cool as hell! I always wished I could have seen BE live!

It's a tie. One of Neal's concert used guitars that he signed for me from the Arrival tour. The other being my gold Gibson Schon Les Paul which he signed for me last year in Sacramento.

I have a Captured album signed by Steve P and an Escape album cover signed by the whole band. Also this past April I was VERY fortunate to meet Steve Smith. He signed his new cd for me and also got pics taken with him. He is an all around fantastic guy!
