I have listened to it and it is quite good. There are some similar sounding music from Neal's previous work, but it is good. Somehow though, it is still relaxing. Even when it rocks.

LOVE this album! One of my fave tracks is "Blue Passion"
It's proof that Neal is awesome whether recording easy listening music or rocking out with the best of them!
Eric, after you've received and listened to the CD, post your thoughts.

Just got it today, pop it in after the kids go to bed, if I haven't fallen a sleep myself, and give it a go. I'll for sure listen to it out on the route tomorrow and let you know.-ERIC

Tried to listen to it last night, but fell asleep to soon. Did however listen to it 4 times today. AWESOME!!!!!!! From the opening to the close! SOME OF THE MOST BRILLANT AXE WORK NEAL HAS EVER DONE!!. Hope the next Journey cd has him playing like this. My two favorite Neal cds are Late Night and Beyound the Thunder, this is up there with them. Better? To early to tell yet. Blow Electric World and Voices away. The only thing I was a little dissapointed in was, not really any slower songs. But I can live with that. Worth the wait.
Neal has really done some outstanding work as of late. The last two Journey cds, Soul Sirkus, and now this.-ERIC

Eric, listen to "Urban Angel" and, most especially, "Father."
Well worth the wait!

Yak, do you have a lot of Neal's solo cds with jan hammer? Been thinking about getting them, if they still around. Are they worth it?-ERIC

Well, I am not Yak but I would like to say that "YES", the 2 Schon-Hammer CDs ARE worth it. They are a little harder to find now but they are around. Try
www.gemm.com and of course you can EBay them. There is even one song that is basically Journey with Jan guesting...even Perry was on the song doing backing vocals!

I own them already, but downloaded them at
www.allofmp3.com. They also have all the Journey albums, plus two great concerts. It's a Russian site, but just click on "English". You have to create an account and put money in it, but it is fantastic.

I shop there as well...converting all my tapes to CD. They say they pay the artist so I feel it is ok. I love the site...but I don't promote it to often because of the 'views' on downloading, which I share most of the time.

Eric, I love just about everything Neal has done. Sure thing, the Schon-Hammer CDs are definitely worth it!
