Good point, O.
I forgot about that.
However isn't that (Journey founder) Herbie Herbert's publishing firm?
Neals' has always been "fingers of joy" and Jons' is "so much music".
At least that is how they are credited on each song they have writing credits on.

Uh no they haven't always been known as those names..Neal was "Rockdog" and Cain was "Frisco Kid" right, Monker?? Perry was "Street Talk Tunes."

Rock'ndeano wrote:"You have to get off the road, otherwise you'll end up on the side of the road in the weeds somewhere." The last part is a direct quote.
That's a bit of a reach don't ya think? Of all the guys, and this is only my opinion, but I would say Perry was probably least inclined to party. I do remember an interview in which the Portugese god said, " there are times when the guys go out and party, and I have abstain..you know, for my voice..." I'll never forget that.

mnmsjrny wrote:Wow... lots of stuff.... the quote you're talking about TNC is from a Rockline interview from when they were promoting Arrival. The specific song referenced is "All the Things". I can't remember the quote exactly, but it was Jon saying something like they were "puffing" when they wrote the music for that song.
mnmsjrny wrote:WowAs for Perry's "clean guy" ways -- uh, let's just say Kevin Shirley left out the word "now".
And, having witnessed at least one band member passing a joint around, I don't think they're squeaky clean boy scouts. (I mean c'mon... musicians from San Francisco??!!!!)
Monker wrote:There is also a pic of Perry wearing a NORML shirt....a lobby group which wants to legalize pot.

I don't think astrological signs have anything to do with anything. That stuff is hocus-pocus.
I can't imagine Jon being a doper with a wife and four children. He loves his wife and kids and seems happy to be a family man. I've never heard one word about him doing drugs.
