Hi Everyone,

We currently have an auction on ebay for a 1980 Journey Japan tour jacket that belonged to Jack Villanueva (Dr. Brown). Jackie was a dear friend to us and everyone associated with Journey. As some of you may know, Jackie died last year after a long illness.

Proceeds from the auction will go to Kaiser Hospice Services here in San Francisco. Please check out the auction and spread the word to Journey fans everywhere. We hope to get a sizeable donation to honor the memory of a wonderful man.

I think it is very generous of Mister Perry to sign his name to the jacket and bring awareness and interest of a very worthy cause. Without his signature this fund raising effort might not have received the same response; so with sincere appreciation, I would like to thank the man for shining a little light on this message for all of us to see.

Wow, bidding is up to $1,525 with 4 days left. Should go above 2 grand, I would guess.

Even though there is no way I could afford to compete in the bidding for this REAL nice jacket, I'm VERY glad to see it keep going up in price, so it can make A LOT of money for Hospice.

That was really nice of Steve Perry to give his signature on the jacket too! :D
