Frontiers pre order confusion.

I need a little help.

I had pre ordered Generations weeks ago through my usual mail order guy. Then I got the newsletter ordered through Frontiers. The same day I recieved a confirmation email from them and saying they would email me when it was despatched.

All is peachy so far.

Now a friend has just done the same and recieved an email telling him that they do not ship to anyone in the EU???

The mail order guy has just emailed me too saying exactly the same thing.

Can anyone tell me what's going on, Andrew help....

I am sure Andrew can help, but maybe you should contact them directly through the site. I have seen posts from the guy who runs Frontiers over on the Noticeboard. He seems receptive.
