Yup, tonight Red. John's right though...we don't always see the National Anthem. Hopefully, it'll be different seeing that it's opening night tonight...but I dunno... :?

I don't like basketball and I am used to hating the Nuggets, but I wish I was going to THIS game.

This raises a lot of questions. How did they get involved/picked? How long will they be in town? (Is there anything else going on that they are involved with or did they come here just for this game?) Why THIS game? Which team are they rooting for? (I will assume Denver because it is their home opener.) Where are their seats? ;)

I assume that, if they care about the NBA, they are Golden State fans. Isn't that the "San Fran" team?

Does anyone watch that garbage? Multi million dollar crybabies, bitching all the time for phantom fouls, tripping over painted lines, raping girls, throwing naked wives out of their house, driving to practice with loaded 38's and burning blunts, sitting out 3 weeks due to a broken nail, and thinking the entire sports world revolves around them.

Nice league.

Hey, I'm a Red Sox fan Deano, what can I say...
You're right though about the Sox's present situation.
1. The front office is in complete disarray and the press conference yesterday was a joke...left fans with more questions than answers.
2. Manny has said many times he wants to be traded and the latest is he's going to the Angels for Troy Glaus.
3. Wells leaving is only part of their pitching problems - Who knows if Schilling will be the same. Foulke was horrible, the bullpen was one of the worst in baseball and Matt Clement proved once again that he is a bust in the playoffs (19-2 loss to the White Sox).
3. Toronto is only going to get better and there's always the Yankees to contend with...yeah, I could see them finishing third and missing the playoffs.

Sox got Gillick now, he has proven himself by building three teams, including back-to-back Blue Jays championship teams. They will be fine.

No, NealIsGod.
My Phillies got Gillick. Now they have to let him swing the axe on that damn Grady. That's the litmus test for the legitimacy of Gillick's coming here b/c what incoming GM in their right mind would keep grady Little on the the bench :?:

Oh, my bad. Thought I heard it was the Sox.

Los Angeles or Philadelphia? It SHOULD be an easy decision. So Pat Gillick goes to Philly. Too funny. That tells you right there how bad Dodger management is. Hel, Jim Tracy bolted LA for...Pittsburgh. Freakin Pittsburgh.

Gillick also made the Mariners baseballs most winningest team for 4 years, including 116 wins in 2001. Phillies will be tough. I would fire Little, yesterday, and go after Bobby Valentine, Lou Piniella, or Orel Hershiser.

Stick the fork in "THE SOX" (   ) until they fire the manager (and his bench coach Francona) and just let him pitch (and get his arm healthy), get rid of that baggy pantsed mutt in left field and get a new GM, replace the outgoing caveman in CF, their are a lot problems up in Cooperstown I mean boston.

They NEED one.

Now wait a minute dude. The "Passion of the Damon" is awesome..Ever see his numbers?

 Dude, he IS Caviezil in The Passion. I could care less about his #s...
If I were THE SOX  and thank God I'm not, I would DRIVE that carcinogen mutt to whatever destination he wanted to go so long as it's not poisoning my roster with that malaise.

Manny is the cancer. Damon is great.

I would also get the fat fuck Ortiz on a diet. I know he hits the ball to New Foundland, but my God, he is going to have a heart attack carrying 350 lbs around. Big Pappi..lol..How about, Big Fatass.

It's also hockey season and ahem, NASCAR..I know I know, somebody turned me on to it..I used to bash the Hell out of it, but the drivers are all good guys, except that fatfuck Tony Stewart.

Anyway, who do I root for? NIGGY, I went to Washington State. I HATE every other team out there, in the NCAA.

NFL? I think it is boring compared to College, but I like the Seachickens. I also follow Bledsoe around because we were good friends in college. It's more about me HATING the Raiders.....Everyone from the players to the old lady Davis...

Yea, I meant Mutty I mean Manny as the carcinogen. Caviezel, like the "blood" socked manager up there is just too much of a grandstander.
Don't be hating on my man KC in Oakland.
Neal Schon: Niners or Raaaaiiiiiiidddddiz?

Neal is probably a Niners fan, I'll bet. Deen could be a fan of the silver and black...

I'm picking the Niners for Neal, too. The '81 Niners joining them on stage circa ESCAPE, Neal mentioning being at the 'Stick watching rock, and just classiness of the club during the Walsh/Siefert/Montana/Young era. Definately Neal's team.
His NCAA team is Penn State. Check the Red13 sleeve.

Neal has class. Why would he like the raiders? Augeri? Jets or G Men?

I remember being at the Cow Palace in Daly City back in 1986(San Fran area), and the forty niners allcame out on stage..

My guess is the band are 49'ers fans.
