What the Hell?
Snow snow and snow.
13, NIGGY,TNC, Sherrie, Marabelle, Sadie, Jeremy, SNGRCHK are all getting it...a lot of it.
Dave is no doubt under it in Denver. I hope Reardon is frozen under 39 feet of it wherever he is...
As for Abitaman, that poor bastard needs to move to Hawaii after all he's been through.
I am the only one sitting here in shorts with the window open...Hahahahaha
Why don't you all wake up and move out here with Me?
Seriously, hope all of you are safe..
And no, I am not turning gay by being concerned...

Plus the off chance of a VOLCANO eruption!!
We got some snow and it is beautiful here. The roads always recover the day after, so snow is not that bad. But it has been DAMN cold! Yesterday the high was 8 and at 10 PM the wind chill was -30!

We're gearing up for ice on top of snow here tonight, but it'll probably all be melted by tomorrow afternoon. It's a LOT worse where Dave and my Mom(Iowa)are.
Sugar, you didn't have a catagory in your poll for me. If I was rich and single I'd be sitting there with you right now.

Sorry, you won't get me to leave California except for a short vacation. It's too gorgeous here where I live. I spent more than half my life in the state of New York and really got sick of the winter snow and ice and rust on my car.
Now, if I want to ski, it's an hour a way. The ocean? An hour and a half. Rolling hills? 20 minutes. The fall that looks similar (but not as spectacular as Indian Summer in New York)? 45 minutes.
There are way too many great things about California to ever leave. It's just way too amazing, but thanks anyway Dean.

Deano,
I didn't vote in the poll because I already live in California, albeit Northern California, and you are in Southern California. I will never live out of my home state ever again !!

The Delaware Valley is home, and I could never leave the Jersey Shore behind...
But the famous quote does say, "There are 2 cities everybody should love. Their own and San Francisco."
Happen to agree....

I've always thought Arizona would be an extremely cool place to live. Though I grew up in Southwest FL and would move back there in a heartbeat, if I didn't have to work a real job in the summer heat. California...eh....seems like a lot of the good (the weather, the culture) and a lot of the bad (the traffic, the earthquakes, the cost of living). The ice from yesterday is all pretty much gone by now, supposed to be in the forties this weekend. At least we have the mountains!!

I live in Illinios and it looks like we are going to have a White Christmas after all (unless we get a warming trend

)...
I can't move even if I had the money or win the lottery...I have too many friends who live here...
I wouldn't mind visiting California again since my sister used to live there, or Grants, New Mexico....Or Western Colorado...

Michigan is unbelievably beautiful at the moment. More snow than I've seen in a long time. I've used a wood burning stove for the past few years, just for the fun of it. The Great Lakes area is hard to beat.

Well, as much as I wanted most of you to move out here, let alone visit, stay away for a few days.
We are about to go to riot mode in about 9 hours.
Geez, can't wait. Oh, and Jesse Jackson just arrived! I am so excited!
God help us.
