Hi folks...
Without going into too much detail....a friend has requested if I know who is a Journey "superfan" - someone who has copies of all the old posters, single sleeves, print ads, etc, who's really knowledgable about the band etc.
PM or e-mail me if you fit the description, no lunatics need apply

Sorry 'Drew, but I think only the lunatics have all the memorabilia!

Of course, they lose the edge on knowledge of the band...

I don't have a lot of memorabilia anymore. Just a Frontiers painters cap (remember those? ugly as sin), an autographed Frontiers album, and a ROR program. My favorite thing is the Dream by Dream import album.

The less I have of "things"; the better. But I'm sure you can find what you are looking for at the Perry sites who have some of everything.

I have some of everything. But if it's anything like that Totally Obsessed show on VH1, count me out.

Well...see that is just too scary for me! I'm just not into collecting anything about anyone who is not a family member. It's kind of
freaky!

I am pretty proud over my songbook with lyrics and guitarchords with every Journey song from Infinity up to Raised on Radio signed by Mr.Ross Valory himself when I met him back in Stockholm,Sweden 1988 and had a little chat.
Prairie Prince was sitting next to us but I didn´t feel like talking The Tubes, just Journey

A BIG ROR poster......
Bought it when I lived in Memphis in 86. Thought it would look cool hanging on my living room wall. The poster was the album cover.-ERIC

Oh, I see now. Silly me. I just couldn't find "giant" out of "againt." Thanks for clarifying, Abitabitch.

Well, you could have still talked about "Journey"...Prairie Prince was the "first" drummer anyway.

The rarest Journey stuff I've got doesn't amount to much. I have Captured and Escape on 8-track, Dream After Dream on LP and Cassette - plus a Russian double CD of it and Frontiers - and the Atari 2600 cartridge (with instruction manual) but that's about it.
The amount of memorabilia doesn't make you a better fan, but it's cool to have.
