If you had to pick someone for Neal to record with, another axeman, who would be a good team up for him?
And who would you want to See Augeri sing a duet with? My choices are

Schon- Eddie Van Halen or Sammy Hagar

Augeri- Kevin Chalfant or Dennis DeYoung. Odd one on that one I would like to see would be Geddy Lee0ERIC

Neal - Tommy Shaw because he can sing and write...and it would be an interesting contrast in style, like Nugent and Shaw in DY.

Augeri and Chalfant would be interesting just cuz of their histories with Journey. But, I'd rather it be a somebody with a different sound. Maybe the Wilson sisters of Heart.

Schon and Carlos Santana...how cool would that be!!!

Steve A. and Stevie Nicks...the female VOICE imo...;)

Schon would blow Carlos away, their soloing on Fire at Night (I believe) from Gregg Rolie's Gringo was awesome however.
I think Schon and Satriani would have been very interesting together if that Planet Us lineup had worked out. Different enough to be interesting but some common ground too.
For Augeri, Perry, so that the loons would see once and for all that
Steve A blows Steve P away now. Actually I'd like to hear him now with 80s Perry. 70s Perry might sound like Augeri was doing a duet with a female (though I prefer his 70s voice).

Springsteen? Never was a fa. I viewed the question as being about world class quitar players, Bruce is more of a singer-songwriter guy who happens to play guitar.

Josh who? Is that one of these little wimpy pop fags that 12 year old girls are in to?

Most people couldn't even tell you who Neal Schon or Steve Augeri are, but Springsteen and Grogan are world famous. I only mentioned them as it would be fun to see Schon and Augeri eat dust.

WGAS who your favorites are, NMT.

Meant no insult to Bruce, just said I wasn't a fan. You put Grogan in a class with Springsteen? You're the one who insulted the "boss"

My favorite duet would be The Two Queer Tenors, Grogan and Perry.

It's a well known fact that closet homosexual's always try to label others in their effort to hide their own tendencies. Quiet a few of you here are suspect.

Are you binging up the closet due to the rumor about Perry's preference?
What brings you to the Journey board, is it because the Perry board is as dead as his career?

No, your harping on the subject makes me wonder about you. If you want to admit it, I'm sure that a few ofthese guys would understand and come clean themselves.
You'll feel better for it.

Your nic, no more tails gave me my first clue.

Damn, probably ruins my chances of getting together with you, I had big plans for us.
If you don't know what No More Tails means, you know even less about Journey than I thought you did.
I must clarify my remarks about Josh though, I feel bad for saying he's queer when I really have no idea. I meant it more as a description of how wimpy I feel he is. Perry, I'm not so sure.

"World famous," HOTSie? I'll give you Bruce, but a guy who played quarterback, marginally at best, during the Patriots' dark years can scarcely be described as world famous.

Yo, NMT. What up, bro? Dude have you picked up Perry's best of compilaition? What's it called again?

No more tails, I know what you thnk we may think of your nic meaning, no more tux, but with the way you post and label, the nic is now suspect. Oh, how we reveal ourselves!

Steve Grogan will be in the HOF, HOTsie says so along with Sam the Bam Cunningham (I think).
I'm going out to get it today for HOTs,
its the remastered Greatest Hits Plus More Rehashed Old Shit You Didn't Hear The First Time Since Sony Didn't Think It Was Good Enough To Be Released Cause They Knew Perry Was Nothing Without Journey, includes a bonus DVD with Oh Sherrie and FH videos for those still living in the 80s.

No, I didn't. A "world famous" guy and you butcher his name.

Some fame.

So HOTS wishes ill of Schon and Augeri, who are out there busting their asses keeping the Journey name and music alive. How despicable.

Ah. Remastered now, is it? Didn't it have another title before? 1 Hit, Another Minor Hit, Some Songs That Some People Somewhere May Have Heard On Radio, A Song That Played Over A Movie Trailer And Others?

This could happen if its from laughing while Deano bitch slaps (verbally) the skinny(?) little broad(whoever that may be) while Joe and Nig stand guard.

That's alright NMT. You'd still be peeing your pants and with Deans statements about gays, it's more likely he'd be belting you. Anyone else you want to come to your aid, lol, excuse the pun?

It just didn't fit the image in my mind but I didn't think I should get into personal insults to anyone except Perry, and having already made my appologies to Steve Grogan, the singing quarterback, I didn't want to offend anyone else.
I'm confused about HOT's statement though, is she combining two movies into one?
