Wow. Just listened to track 12 on the album "I on U" using a different set of headphones. Never before have I noticed the ghost of a saxophone playing in the background with Neal towards the end. Powerful stuff. How could I miss this?

Does anyone know if this particular saxophone piece had any particular signifigance to Neal's late jazz saxophonist dad (did he write it, play it often, is this possibly an old recording of him playing ?)

This is some good stuff.
I'm off to listen to it again.

Yeah, do that, Eric.
Everyone who didn't pick up on it the first time around should give it another spin.

WOW! I didn't notice that before. Great observation! I really like I on U. I think the entire solo album is a fantastic display of Neal's master guitarmanship.

I haven't listened to it with headphones and had assumed it was Neal on guitar synth. ??
