OT: I really need your help...

Please bear with me...this is very hard...

My Uncle needs your Help & Prayers right now...

He's doing a lot better now....I spoke to him about 6 hours ago, and he recognized who he was talking to....but, he had a brain hemorrhage between his brain and skull about 12 days ago...and the fact that I was able to SPEAK to him on the phone and he RECOGNIZED who "Nora" was was a HUGE STEP....

I just need your thoughts and prayers right now...the man DIED 3 TIMES on the table between his apartment, his local hospital, and Yale New Haven Neurological.

It really screwed me up...to hear this man say, "I love you, Sweetie" means the World to me.

It's been that kind of a year, Nora. I hope that I don't have to see the inside of a hospital for the rest of the year.

I really didn't see or get offended at all by what you posted.

Thank you all very much for all of your support....honestly - I was kind of caught up in a huge "tug-of-war" of overwhelming feelings about all of this...he's not old at all - he's only 60 - and looks a lot younger than that....I'm the type of person that tries not to "gush" too much about things, especially on a "Public Forum" like this one (and I'm a singer - talk about IRONY, right? :wink:

) I mean, if I do, it's very structured and to the point.

I guess I don't like to feel like I'm out of control, or something....and this situation is BEYOND my control...

But anyway - thank you again...it means a lot!! :mrgreen:
