....on (bootleg) dvd.
Leaping right out at me is the unstoppable Faith In The Heartland....my god what a rendition. The band OBVIOUSLY loves playing this thing it's just tighter than anything. Vocals/Guitars/Subtle keys/Bass/Thumping pounding drums and bg vox.....
The Place In Your Heart has an Augeri ad-lid at the end to that I was not privy to on my show in AC or the Greek boot. "Wanna get back/needa get to the palce in ya HOOOOAAAAAT!!! Needa get back a-wanna get back to that place in yo HHHOOOAAAATTTT!!" Feeling That Way has an Augie/Cain/Castronovo duel at then end as well, Deen taking the Woa woa hoooowoa oohhh WOoooo oh oh...."s
Augeri with a nice rythym guitar and bg vox on Every Generation and I'm Gonna Leave You. What a show indeed.
Save your pms, cuz unfortunately I don't have a dvd burner.

Would love to get my hands on a dvd boot of one last tour's shows. Really was spectacular to get a chance to here some pre-perry tunes live.

Never thought I would get the chance. 3hrs of Journey was great. Maybe someone out there will have some to share?

We have several that we are going to begin circulating soon. Deano will reveal the carrier when it's all finalized. I only have this one and to those boot police all we do here is either trade or give.
No coin exchanged.

I was at both Beacon shows- both were great. I had the best time experiencing multiple shows of the last tour. Yes, 3 hours of Journey beyond the "dirty dozen" was a treat indeed. Highlights for me were Patiently, Of A Lifetime, Where Were You, and the Generations tunes. I'm only planning on two or three shows this tour. I'm not a DL fan and I don't need 90 minutes of the same old same old. I'm hoping Journey will add a few "Evening with..." at the end of the tour. One can only hope.

Wasn't this show amazing?!!!
I was there (both nights) front row center. And I have this DVD, as well.
You already pointed out my highlights of the evening. FITH, TPIYH, Feeling That Way was a treat with Deen in there on the voxs. I also enjoyed Patiently.
Augeri was hitting some great adlibs most of the night and was in true form with the audience. Neal was really enjoying himself, unfortunately, the camera operator didn't have the best view of Neal.
Definitely my favorite show of the 2005 tour. (well the of six I saw, anyway).

FITH was an absolute MONSTER that night. Augeri was in rare form with the adlibs as you say....beginning of Lights he goes to all the front rowers and shakes hands while the guitar intro's going on and into mic is going, "How YOU doin. Hi ya doin. How YOU doin. Hey How are Ya?"
Classic....

WTF? I am not retired. I am not on "holiday." I am just saying, just because the guy mutters "how are ya, and how ya doin" does not make me get all wet and wanna go out and buy a ticket.
Dude, I can do this. Let's get real.

And I'm not saying that should incent people to go buy a ducat. It;s ducat.
I'm just waxing nostagically about a whimsical moment in the show that I thought happened to be quasi cool. Though it might good fodder here.
By the way, noticed as per a prior decree that neal has discarded the cordless setup and gone back to being "plugged in" with wires all over the stage. He swears it;s better sounding.

You can fix it.
Just go back to the 1st post, hit "edit" and fix the title.
I had to do that - changed it from "Frontiers" to "Rubicon" that's coming to CT.

Ha!
Thanks, Nora.
And you know what dean? there's a difference between a typo when trying to spell generations and thinking ducats is really spelled d-u-c-k-e-t-s .
never trust a PAC 10 diploma

Yeah, you're right.
I am still trying to figure out what "ad-lid" means
I guarntee you I spell better than you. Big ten? Please. More like Pig-Ten
Outside of the Ivy League, the Pac 10 is the best academic conference in the nation.
Sorry 13, NIG, Lula and others.

Nice try republican Joe. A typo is when the finger accidentally hits a neighbouring key. "d" is too far away from "b."
Are you behind the 9/11 cover up? You are getting sloppy like the US Govt. Don't get me started on that. I am covinced beyond a shadow of a doubt, the US did this. Ooops, lets talk Journey, WOOHOO!
I can't wait for TNC to awaken and strike.

Hey wait a minute.
Is this the king of crying about hijacking threads, hijacking my pro-current lineup thread? Hipocrisy, thy name is Deano.
PS, you TOOK THE TROUBLE to try to be grammatically and phonetically correct by using "c" before "K" in tandem. that's your smoking gun that you thought is was "duckets." Otherwise, you blocking tight end, you woulda put "ducets."
Caught.

GOPJoe, let's move on with the topic.
We are still on the same team you know.
PS- I would block your ass into the turf at Pullman or State College!
However, I had hands, dude. Caught one against USC and paid the price via concussion....however, it was damn worth it.
let's move on.
Hi Andrew..waves!

kisses! hugs!
Andrew, we are dying for our Sports Forum. Let's go you lazy ass!

So you liked the DVD. I have a copy of it too, and I was impressed. wish they would release an official copy of the tour. Since I didn't get to see it, had tickets, y'all know the story.......
Wish i could find more copies of different shows.
Neal looked chubby with his double chin, couldn't help but notice that

. Was that lyrics on song list taped to stage? I would say song list.
My daughter likes this DVD too. Says Augeri acts sane while he is singing (thinks he should lose the earrings). She thinks Perry seems drunk (I think stoned is a better word). Maybe that is why Perry runs around more. either way, in their own way they both are good front men-ERIC

Yes, that was the setlist.
We begged the roadie for it afterwards, but he wouldn't give it up.
I'm glad I got this DVD as a momento.
Great show.
Eric, I hope you get to see them this time around.
