I'm also curious if anyone:

1. Played any sport for one of the big universities

2. Has been elected to a political office (local, state, federal)

No, I became to much of a "partyer" back in High School. So no major University, and that also ruined my budding political carreer

Really? Gotta say that was a stupid move by Poszlusny.

I hope he took out a mulit million insurance policy on his body. If he blows out a knee his future NFL career is not gonna happen.

Sorry but this bugs me. He's way good enough to play in the NFL now and he has his whole post NFL life to go back for one year and get his BA.

DUMB.

Anyway...................what do you think?

What do I think? I think I know he hurt his knee badly in the Orange Bowl all but assuring plummeting draft status and a return to PSU.

True, didn't stop you from weighing in that he was "dumb" and "stupid," though.

I played football, hockey & baseball in high school.

My best sport probably was hockey. Both of my linemates played professionally( Belgium/minor leagues( Washington Capitals/ St. Louis). I just didnt like hockey as much as baseball. I missed the hell out of it about two years into college.

Played D1 baseball in college(Centenary), smallest D1 in the nation.

Played 2.5 years of minor league baseball.

Talk about going back in time for this one.

Never played sports in college. (Captain of my football team in HS)

Never have run for office but have been tempted big time. If I ever run it will be either as an independent or with the Constitution Party. Which means if I ever did run, I wouldn't have a snowball's chance in HE double hockey sticks of winning. The American people simply are too Constitutionally ignorant and lazy to care about why they should become civic minded.
