I disagree. If you look back at the names he called and violence he threatened on the Perry Ladies you will see he was never harmless.

Yes, it is HIS job. But, he is not able to spend the time to do it properly. If he was, we would not have these SAME EXACT CONVERSATIONS weeks after he told the forum to stop it.
