If you don't want people to back Journey then you shouldn't be on forums, writing blogs trashing Journey, you should have just turned all your evidence over to two places: The press...THE REAL PRESS, SF Chronicle maybe and a state or US prosecutor. And sat back and watched the fireworks.

Knowing you did good and Journey fan were no longer going to be fleeced.

What you have described Journey doing is FRAUD and conspiracy to commit fraud, so if they are guilty it is a CRIMINAL act.

However you didn't do that, so one has to wonder WHY NOT?

Because they would have laughed out of their offices probably.

Instead you sought publicity, fame even, relishing that you had Journey over a barrel, or so you thought. But the evidence is weak, and now you are caught between are rock and hard place, you either go all the way with this, which will probably end badly for you.
OR you make overtures about backing off and dropping it.
