Journey on Rockline on the 12th is now gone-replaced by Eddie Money. Just happened tonight. Journey is nowhere to be found in the listings now.
I am not surprised. I was just waiting to see what day it would not be there anymore.

It just means that the schedule has changed, that's all.

I understand this happens and would accept this any other day/time, but interesting/coincidental for it to happen during during this time.

I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I would bet it has everything to do with this.

It depends on what page of the Rockline site you are on. Journey is still listed as July 12 on one page, but go to another and it is Edie Money. Surely this will be cleared up soon.

On Rockline's Home page it's Eddie Money ROCKLINE HOME

On Rockline Affiliates page it's Journey ROCKLINE AFFILIATES

My guess is that soon the Affiliates page will look just like the Home page.

I would be willing to bet Journey are still trying to figure out how to deal with this situation. They are probably also waiting to see just where it is going. There is no way they are going to open themselves up to this on national radio...

Why cancel something like this if you've nothing to hide. If you've got nothing to hide you take the rumours on head on and address them.

A Rockline appearance only scares you if you're trying to figure out a way to explain it all away, yet can't.

I don't work for Journey, so no it isn't.

You still need to be able to control it...and Journey cannot control live, on air call-ins. They can take it head on if they choose...in forms they can control. Statements, press releases, print interviews, etc.

Rockline does have gatekeepers. I know they have when DDY called in. YOu called, someone asked you what your question was, and if they didn't like it, you were gone. And they can hit the dump button or put it on a delay.

So it's able to be handled. Is it a 100% guarantee? No.

It's gone from both pages now.
