I don't know what Deano is getting at about tonight's show. I was there. Steve Augeri sounded the worst I have ever heard him sound, and this is the 11th time I have seen them since last August. It seemed that he was live virtually the entire show.

I don't know who Deano's source is...he is getting at there having been something big going on. I have been a staunch Augeri-supporter, but he definitely was painful to hear for most of tonight.

Thank You :D First review so far from that show and that show sounds like they were live. Big difference wouldn't you say? They can't continue the farce or this tour like that without resorting back to the tapes. He had a day off in between shows. I was hoping he would lip synch tonight though. :(

Same setlist as Mohegan Sun.

Faith in the Heartland, Be Good to Yourself, Stone in Love, Edge of the Blade, Chain Reaction, Wheel in the Sky, Lights-Still They Ride, Every Generation, Mother Father, Escape, Faithfully, Don't Stop Believing, Separate Ways, encore - Any Way You Want It

I know I didn't list them exactly in the order they were played, but those were the 15 songs.

I just got home from the Journey/Def Lepp show tonight at Scranton. Being a Journey fan it was hard and I mean HARD to listen to Steve Augeri throughout most of the show. Although shockingly for Separate Ways, Don't Stop Believin', and Anyway You Wanted he sounded OK (vocal tracks anyone). There were times during the Journey part of the show where Deen was singing the songs Augeri started (Escape and I believe Wheel In The Sky or Chain Reaction or Edge of the Blade, not 100% sure on which one, but Deen was singing Steve's parts). Other than the bomb of a performance Augeri put on the band was tight as hell, Neal was monsterous, Ross and Jon both played their parts superbly, and Deen was very good with the skins and Amazing as the lead vocalist. I know he said he doesn't want to be the front man, but Augeri needs out ASAP, and I was an Augeri supporter prior to this tour. I don't think with the way he sounded tonight that Journey will finish this tour because Steve is going to blow out his voice and need surgery.

Def Lepp kicked some behind, plain and simple. Crowd was totally into them.

Looks like DL changed their set list tonight saw that Foolin was added into it. JOureny seems to be mixing up their list, taking out a few of the songs Dean is singing am I correct on that ?
Thanks

Deen's parts

Deen has been singing a few verses of Escape all tour long, as well as the very high parts of Edge of the Blade (see if you are holding...the wrong edge of the blade). He has also been backing up the lead vocals on the very high parts of a number of songs, including Faithfully, Any Way You Want It, etc. It seems that they turn Steve Augeri's mic down lower for them.

I have to disagree with him nailing a few of the songs. There are certain ranges that he can't hit at all right now, and you could pick them up in each and every song.

Def added Foolin?

Thank God!

Disagree with the reviewer though. A somewhat "fake" Journey blew Def Leppard away in Camden and the crowd was totally into the Journey set.

Leppard needs to play the 1st 3 albums and that's it. If they would just do that they'd really rock!

I read a few reviews on BT concerning some shows and it does not sound good, though dont mention this on BT as you will get blasted for destroying the band and there families on this witchunt!!!! :? There are a lot of people getting very upset at anything negative about the recent shows!
