No, it's just a board where the most important thing to be talked about regarding Journey is allowed to be discussed.

Well said,though it seems on BT they check who says what on here, and thats it if you say anything negative,just got blasted on the Scranton review thread.A few people were saying the recent shows were not to good and BT people were not happy.Just mentioned that its every paying customers right to complain,its nothing personnel...then got blasted haha

And people on MR check BT incessitantly and come over here to complain. Can't you see that the very same things are going on in both these boards. MR is the negative one--say anything positive and the negative is posted and the poster insulted. BT is the reverse with the difference that there are moderators who only let it go on until someone complains. So what is your point?

There are people from both boards going back and forth between the boards and saying they said this, they did this, not one side is perfct or even better than the other side, not for this or anything else.

The difference is, whether lemonade, Your words LA, or kool-aid (sadly not mine), people don't follow blindly here. I take that back, most don't follow blindly.

The Band is caught. There is no more guessing if they were lipping. They are basically admitting it by playing live now, and look how good Augeri sounds. Real good

Yet you like to spin, look for loopholes and technicalities bourne unto you via your profession, and damned if you can't find one!

What you all need to do is come clean, admit there was lipping, admit you sided wrongly, and we can all get on the same page again, and start making the band a band again. Of course they (Band), need to help out as well.

The Journey slamming at MR did not start with your most recent crusade. But you seem to want everything to be about your allegations--all about you.

Sorry, Dean, if in your world proof is a technicality. The discussion to which I assume you are referring was asking what would I accept as proof. I told you what proof is--yes, actual proof, not just opinion, not your version, not your perception. I told you. I'm sorry you don't or can't recognize what constitues actual proof even though you were making threats about lawsuits (another topic of which you know very little).

You can argue all day long about an allegation and even be correct about an allegation (although I'm not convinced of that in the current situation), but arguing that you are correct is not the same as proof. Neither side can prove their position in the current debate because it is based on personal perceptions rather than proof--which is why there is still a debate.

I have 3 Journey concerts in my car on CD (78, 80, and 81), Departure, Escape, Trial By Fire. I rarely listen to anything else. Neal, Ross, Smitty, Rollie, Cain, Dunbar, and Perry are the music of my life. I Love Journey!

Before I ever found out (just a couple of weeks ago) that this site had message boards I had wished that there was another site other than Back Talk that had Journey forums so that people could express some of their feelings that they are not allowed to express on Back Talk.

But this sites Journey forum is actually an anti-Journey forum. At least in the last couple of weeks that I have been visiting this board it appears that most of the members either hate Journey or they love Steve perry so much that they take every opportunity to bash anyone who isn't Steve perry or an obsessed fan of Steve Perry.

If someone were to come to this site for the very first time, and they came straight to the Journey forum without reading anything else on the site they would think this is called "anti-melodicrock.com"

Granted there are probably a few here that could give a rats ass about Perry or Augeri et al. But most of the people wiht the bickering going on, just want answers. Where I live, I'm allowed by law to ask. I'm also allowed to post my frustration with what's going on. Without that, we'd all be screaming HEY KOOOOOOL-AAAAAAAIIIDDDDD!

I in all honesty can't understand how you can bill this site as being a pro-melodic Rock band and then allow such non-stop bashing of the top melodic Rock band of all time?

Whether you believe this or not, at least of late you come off to many of us as someone who seems to hate Journey! I know you will say that that is not the case, and you will have all of the anti-Journey people rushing to your defense, but your actions on this site in the last few weeks strongly suggests that you dis-like Journey and you encourage Journey bashing, as well as to allow the ant-Journey people to verbaly abuse anyone who dares to disagree with them.

Andrew rarely if ever posts, and he certainly hasn't said anything BAD about Journey. You probably should have your eyes checked.

"appears that way"? Andrew hasn't taken anyones side, not the "bashers" not the other side. He's been relatively neutral through all of it. The most you ahve to go on, is the fact that he's allowing people to continue posting? At least he's not deleting every other thread for all the reasons that have been pointed out about why other forums delete threads.

I love Journey. I drive my family nuts with their music. When a song comes on the radio, this morning it was "Who's Cryin Now," my family gives me the razz. The guys were magic. I'll stick around until it maybe happens again. Didn't Perry say "Never say never?"I could never hate them, I just wish they would get their &%#@ together.
