Dude, just a few posts underneath this one we've got people swapping unofficial recordings (i.e. bootlegs).
If MR.com has no policy against that, then I can't really fathom one in place against YouTube.

But from what I've heard so far,JSS is the real deal -
I'm excited for the band.

Hopefully more samples will pop up soon.

it sounded good until the end when his voice got all low -- that's not journey sounding to me.

I don't know, I don't think he will have any trouble with the high stuff - as evident by the "NOOOOOOO" right before the chorus again. Plus, this was the end of the show except for the encore. Just my $0.02. I don't forsee JSS taking the songs down anytime soon based on the reviews I've seen. Can't wait to hear a recording though.
