I don't remember if Fleischman was officially made a member of the band but he did do a few gigs with the guys. In fact, I have a short movie of a performance with him from 1977 in which he does a few of the tunes from what would turn out to be the "Infinity" album, including "Winds of March" and a couple of others. He also does the song "For You", which appears only on the "Time3" collection.
Also, if I remember correctly, he was the singer for Vinnie Vincent Invasion.
If anyone wants a copy of the film, I'll be glad to upload it.
