Okay I'll start us out............
I would have to say my favorite person ever was my
Father, he raised two girls without a wife while working
full time.
He had a hip replaced in 90 then while
I was in my early 20's developed four
different forms of Cancer and then Leukemia.
He never complained and often when heated
with someone would flop over like a fish and
give in to their wishes.
Funnier than the day is long he always had
people around him trying to return all the
smiles and laughter he gave so easily.
I could go on for days about him in a
positive light and the only negative thing
I could come up with to say would be that
he was a firm believer that a women's place
is with her man and children cooking cleaning
and shutting her mouth unless
she is asked for an opinion.
We often laughed that had I been any one else's
daughter he would not have tolerated me for long.
I was never a silent one
My favorite place I have ever been to is........
Manitoulin Island in North Ontario, we stayed
in a cottage located in Mindemoya and it was incredible.
It is then that I saw the Aurora Borealis(Northern Lights)
I had heard of em before but to see them was a beauty
I'll never forget.....colours of pink, blue, yellow and green
dancing across the black night was a sight I can't compare
to anything else I have ever seen.
Awsome fishing and water so clear you could see 20 feet down.
