If Herbie Herbert hates Steve Perry as much as he claims to, the best way to stick it to him would be to make a Perry-less Journey musically relevant again....Something they haven't been since 1996. Anyone think Herbert would accept if asked?

I just reported to you, which was reported to me. However, the alternative to Gramps does not exactly make me feel safe and secure. In fact, it scares the Hell out of me.

The "new" management is IMO.....shaky as shit on a pile of Jello.

The recent changes have definitely caught my attention, and I know I can't be the only one.

Isn't John more involved in production, vs. band/artist management? I seem to recall reading he was closely tied to the re-involvement of Perry during the 1996 reunion...Had I known this, I would have brought it up in discussion when I met him during a band showcase I did back in '98 ( at the time I only knew him as the Aerosmith guy...) Trippy dude, walking cane at his side, and a white tuxedo and top hat..

I'm guessing him because if I'm not mistaken he 'retired' from the production business a little bit ago or has plans on retiring, plus him coming out and saying he likes the JSS choice seems interesting considering Journey isn't with a record label
