I know Generations had a couple stinkers, but these seven songs were absolutely amazing in my opinion, and it boosted my respect for this album quite a bit:

The Place in Your Heart
A Better Life
Every Generation
Out of Harm's Way
Beyond the Clouds
Never Too Late

ESPECIALLY "Never Too Late." After reading an interview with Deen Castronovo talking about how much that song meant to him, and what all happened during the recording sessions for it, I just felt that ol' heartstring jerk a little bit, you know?

The fact that sometimes the album felt like one long Neal Schon guitar solo made it kick that much more ass to me, as well.

I sincerely think that if nothing else, the first three songs should be included in future Greatest Hits/Essential compilations.

"Raised on Radio" would've certainly been hiked up a few spots on my list had Steve Smith drummed on the entire record. I'm one of those weirdos that liked Randy Jackson's bass work, too.

This is a tough one. Understand that I don't consider ANY of these a "bad' album.
