Has everyone seen the new commercial that Sony is running on T.V.? At least I've seen it on VH1 several time's now. They are actually putting some money down and promo'ing the re-issues. The Journey since Perry has never gotten this kind of promo. Guess they will never be able to seperate themselve's from Perry by the general public. Well, the Journey name, anyway. Just a thought.

Well, they won't when Perry keeps releasing things that remind everyone of his presence...

I think it's more Sony than Perry. Don't think Sony would put up the money just because Perry want's to do it. Sony want's to cash in and keep the catalog moving.

Sony also wants Perry to record again, because they´re seen him as big bucks over Journey any day, in recent years. Who else truly has that Perry sound? People no matter what thye think of him personally and still like or love his voice will buy anything Perry is associated with.

We should be hearing some sort of announcement soon. I'd find it hard to believe that is all just a coincidence. Perry is ready to come back in some capacity. What that is we should all know soon.

Perry has always called the current line up "The New Journey" I wonder if Neal had any Input on these new albums.

Perry has said on previous project's, that there was contact, if not for input, then permission from other member's. Don't know how much input anyone had this time.
