I'm gonna be honest here...this is a shitty boot and should in no way taint anyone's opinion of the actual live experience of being there.......BUT sorry....Jeff...Edge Of The Blade ain't working for you, dude! Let's just say it needs alot of work...

I just don't think it's his song either. LOTS of others to choose from though. Some he could nail laying down relaxing I bet.

Agreed. He sounds off key throughout the whole song and it's just horrible. It's a shame too because Edge Of The Blade is one of my favorite Journey songs. It's been stated that this whole mess could be fixed by tuning the songs down to a comfortable key for JSS, but the band won't take the time to do it. I don't care what the apologists will say, this song sounds embarrassingly bad and that's the truth.

BTW, thanks to Clasicrockldy for the boots. I appreciate it.

Typical...people talking and being obnoxious the whole time, and really shoddy sound. I'm kinda remembering why I moved out of the Detroit area.

Maybe not his best, but he sounds great on a lot of Keep on Runnin', although I'm surprised Deeno just doesn't do that, as he nailed that bitch last summer!

I'm pretty happy with JSS all in all.

I am waiting to see if any boots show up after JSS and Journey has had their break. I would like to hear JSS after he had some vocal rest. :D
