What's in the future for Journey?

JSS fronting the band - Most likely

Augeri will return - Don't bloody think so

Deen will take over - His answer to that would probably be "Sorry chuck, I'm a drummer."

Journey will hang it up - Can you really see Neal doing that?

Deano will "suck of Barry Manilow to completion" - What the fuck is that all about mate?

It's what Rockn Deano promised to do if "JSS goes down in flames" as the Journey frontman. I don't want to see JSS fail, but damn it might be fun if he did just for Deano to fulfill that pledge! :lol:

If JSS is smart, he will give Journey a wide berth and go back to what he does best, without all the baggage that comes with what Journey is becoming. JMHO

I'm not totally sure what to think of JSS in Journey. I do like some of HIS music like, "Is This The End'' and "Save Me" comes to mind. JSS has got STRONG Talent, in fact I think JSS has MORE talent than Augeri, but still for ME , when it comes to listening to Journey's songs , Perry is still the ONE I want to hear singing ALL those GREAT, GREAT classic songs!!!

I prefer Augeris voice when fit n not miming

I think they should look elsewhere

JSS is ok, but not the Journey sound for the classics

They will have to write new stuff, and gig the goddamm stuff, for a change, maybe just include a few of the dirty doz

If they want a great substitue until Augeri gets better, why don't they give HUGO a tryout.
As great a singer as Soto is, he is not right for this band.
At least give the fans the sound they want until Steve can come back. It will make for a great show.
HUGO is definitely the guy for this, he is doing a Journey tribute band now. Check out his website at journeyshow.com
It would be a story just like the movie Rockstar, guy gets to live out a dream.
(Soto could appreciate a story like that)
