Anyone ever notice the begining of Message of Love? Seems like there are some backward messages there. I remember in the old days of rock lore, that certain bands were worshipping the devil and encoding their music with backwards messages. Some reports suggest that band members had sold their souls to the devil. Is anyone else worried about this backwards message that may be present on Message of Love? Did our boys sell their souls to the devil?

Seems like I read either here or somewhere else it's SP saying "message of love" played backwards.

Well, message of love backwards is "evol" [evil] egassem" i dont know what is that, but it cant be good!

AC/DC stands for Antichrist/death of Christ? I think that's stretching it...

These rumors were going around many years back. I don't know about KISS but AC/DC simply got their name when they saw it on the back of an old sewing machine at the time. They didn't have anything better, so they went with that.

Ever saw that movie "Cross Roads?" Well, explain to me how Neals contemporaries are justing falling apart, yet Neal gets only better the older he gets, if he didn't sign a deal with the devil? I'm thinking he did it before Escape. And Neal plays so fast you can't see his fingers! I'd like Andrew to get the Journey position on the Devil.

I wish the clip was still up on Bill's Perry site, but I just remembered that whatshisname from Anthrax had said Journey "sold their souls" for riffs on I Love The 80s. Maybe you're right.

That's so funny because I remember years ago when Belladonna was kicked out of the band, Ian also referred to Journey, something along the lines of "Joey wanting to do songs that sounded more like Journey than Anthrax..." Joey Belladonna, apparently, was a HUGE Steve Perry fan.

That's what it was. Augeri was so pure and innocent that demonic beings were actually changing the sound of his vocals that were being broadcast to the audience.

Hmmm, Neal is a lefty, but can playS guitar right-handed at speeds close to Mach 5, he still looks like he's in his 30's, he always finds a way to hook up with incredible singers... JSS still looks like he's in his 20s, his vocal range is INSANE and he always hooks up with incredible guitarists... Deen has SP pipes AND can play drums at the same time...
