We all know that some of the Jrny crew come here and read up, no reason to think that Steve A doesnt drop by now n again

shit, the curiosity factor wld certainly kill me, I would wanna gauge fan reaction, he is surely the same

so Steve, when/if you read this, Im asking you to post up something here, even if its just a "thank you" to those that have sent best wishes, and maybe an update on your situation

There's too much money at stake with this current tour. Why rock the boat at this point? If I were managing the band, I would like to keep negative publicity at a minimum, finish this tour, then make decisions regarding the future. The most important thing they have to do now is find a way to give a satisfactory performance every until the end of the tour.

As much as the diehard fans want to know what the band will do, it doesn't benefit the band to make any decisions that might jeopardize the tour any more than they already have.

We're not asking for the band to tell us if Steve is in or out or if JSS is in or just filling-in...
We just want to know, SINCERELY, how Steve is doing health-wise! SOme of us are kinda happy with the course the band is taking with JSS but we would NEVER wish ill-will towards anyone, especially someone that is a part of the Journey Family. We just want to know if he's getting better, feeling better... ANYTHING!!!

Brywool, you will know from my postings, and my Augeri uploads to youtube, that I was a big Augeri fan, "lip" was an unintentional "faux pas" ..I didnt even realise I had written it that way

I don't agree with the choice Journey made to "lip", but I don't hate anyone. Hell, I wasn't happy about it AT ALL. I'll joke about it with a degree of honesty...but hate's never part of it.

O boy, would I ever like to write him a personal sit down invitation....I would love to have him sit across from the table and answer some hard questions...

no matter what he said in a public statement some would pick it apart and make it into something different, he's depressed and sad and embarrassed that his body couldn't hold up to the tour, he did whatever it took to pull it off (even lip synching according to many here) but look what we do for our jobs and we don't get paid near as much! If he says something like..."to all my fans, thank you for the support and well-wishes, I hope to see you all again soon" then some of you will say...SEE he's coming back and ....maybe he isn't and what if he says....
thank you to all the Journey fans out there for your support, blah blah.....some will say well he's still calling himself part of the band...he cannot win! If you aren't selling cd's though and you can't tour, then you can't be part of the band anymore. He's going to get paid still and like someone else said he can't say anything because it might jeopardize the tour and obviously its doing fabulous WITHOUT him, they said on this website its going thru December!!! Neal even said in one interview that Perry gets a huge check at the end of this tour too. So, I guess my point is that he's not going to say anything cause he's probably super low right now because he HAD the best job in the world and it ended and he may have not gone willingly....we have to wait for the next Behind the Music...which I wish they would air again cause it was really great! sorry for the long post and type-o's....this is a small laptop and hard to type on...
