With Journey and Def Leppard adding dates through December, what does that mean for Talisman who are now canceling appearance dates as well as the JSS/Lukather album that they were going to write this fall?

It means, that they too, have been fucked over by "Journey Corps"

and so the ripples continue outward!

Yeah, I'd so much rather have a Luke/JSS album than see Journey milk the dirty dozen for a couple more months.

Or maybe it will mean they will gain more fans, such as myself, who had never heard of them before...

Yeah, he might have to postpone stuff - but rather than a death nail, Journey could be the best thing to ever happen to his other projects.

Consequences?
Yeah, Neal can order more custom-made motorcycles and Jon can buy another yacht.

My opinion is Jeff is the new lead singer for Journey, so it probably won't matter anyway.

HUGO IS THE ANSWER

If they want a great substitue until Augeri gets better, why don't they give HUGO a tryout.
As great a singer as Soto is, he is not right for this band.
At least give the fans the sound they want until Steve can come back. It will make for a great show.
HUGO is definitely the guy for this, he is doing a Journey tribute band now. Check out his website at journeyshow.com
It would be a story just like the movie Rockstar, guy gets to live out a dream.
(Soto could appreciate a story like that)

Thank you...

Maybe Journey will record a kick ass album with Soto.

People getting fucked over? I'm sure the folks in Talisman understand that this is a huge break for him.

Damn...The guy has worked his ass of for 20 plus years....

No reason that JSS can do Journey in the US and Talisman everywhere else.
