FOlks, its called a "contract" and in it, the band members are listed, and who gets paid what. I didnt see it, but I think Augeri is listed and not Perry (anymore ) and not JSS (yet IF ) so, now stopping being babies and answer the question right.

Next time be more specific will ya! "Who is currently under contract as the role of singer for Journey" Then it would be JSS cause he is singing and getting paid for it, so yeah JSS.
