Do you have any idea how distracting it is trying to explain your sinus infection symptoms to your doctor while the dr's office radio's playing "Just the Same Way?"

A word of advice. Don't use that Zicam stuff that's the nose gel. The shit you spray on your gums works alright. The nasal gel...no. You can't avoid squirting it all the way up there, and it burns like hell. For days. Turned my "onset of a cold" into "searing pain riddled sinus infection."

I'm working thru it though. Thanks for the good word.

and here suck back a bowl of hot water's
steam through the old sniffer with a towel
on your head.
That works very well if done properly.
